EB1 A

EB1A visa is Ideal for highly accomplished professionals in science, business, arts, education, or athletics and other areas seeking permanent residency in the United States based on their achievements.

A subcategory of the EB-2 professional visa that exempts the applicant from the requirement of having a U.S. employer if they can demonstrate that their professional skills and expertise are of value to the national interest of the United States. It provides eligibility for obtaining a Green Card.

EB-5 visa for investors, businessmen,with the possibility to return investments within 5-7 years with dividends and obtaining US citizenship within 5 years.

L1 - Work Visa 

E-2 Investor Visa / E-1 Treaty Trader Visa

The O-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa category designed for individuals with extraordinary abilities in the fields of science, arts, education, business, or athletics. It allows individuals to temporarily work in their respective fields in the U.S. for a specific employer or project.

The L-1 intracompany transfer visa is a non-immigrant visa category available to employees of multinational companies who are being transferred from a foreign branch to a US-based branch of the same company. This visa allows companies to bring their foreign employees to the United States temporarily to work in managerial, executive, or specialized knowledge positions.

E- 2 Investor Visa - an investment program designed for opening or acquiring businesses in the USA.

The E-2 visa will suit investors who do not have the amount for a large investment.

To qualify for an E-2 visa, the applicant must be a citizen of a country that has a treaty of commerce and navigation with the United States. 

E-1 Treaty Trader Visa - a nonimmigrant visa category intended for individuals and companies engaged in substantial international trade between the United States and a treaty country. The visa allows applicants to conduct and manage ongoing trade operations in the U.S.

The O-1B talent visa is for talented and professional individuals in the fields of arts, cinema, television, theater, beauty, circus, music, or radio, for which you need to meet at least 3 out of 6 criteria.

H-1B Visa - Employment Visa For Highly Skilled Workers

This type of visa is for foreign professionals who hold at least a bachelor’s degree and have a job offer from a U.S. company.

Allows the applicant to work in the United States for an extended period of time (up to 6 years).

Eligibility for the H-1B work visa is available to professionals in specialized occupations whose field requires specific skills and qualifications, such as engineers, architects, accountants, and software developers.

K-1 -IR-1 and CR-1 Visas - Fiancé Visas For The USA 

Anyone who wants to marry a U.S. citizen in the USA and live with him or her in the USA must apply for a fiancé visa.

Greencard Lottery

The Green Card Lottery, officially known as the Diversity Visa (DV) Program, is a U.S. government program that provided a limited number of immigrant visas to individuals from countries with historically low rates of immigration to the United States.

Visa Waiver / ESTA

ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) allows citizens of eligible countries, including the Netherlands, to travel to the United States for tourism, business, or transit purposes without obtaining a visa.

With an approved ESTA, travelers may stay in the U.S. for up to 90 days per visit and enjoy a simplified and faster travel authorization process under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).

B-1 Visa – Visa For Temporary Business Visitors

This type of visa for business travelers who can not use the Visa Waiver program or wish to stay in the U.S. for more than 90 days need to apply for a B-1 Business Visa prior to traveling to the US.

For shorter business stays, participation in the Visa Waiver Program is sufficient, provided that the applicant qualifies for it.
